San Jose Urgent Care: Health Benefits Which Make Yoga Worth Pursuing

Evelyn Neely, a certified Yoga Alliance teacher, has been offering a basic yoga course at the Ocean of Compassion Buddhist Center every Saturday since March 28. April 25 marks the last of these scheduled courses, so if you haven’t dropped by yet, now’s your chance to have that introduction to yoga that you’ve long wished for. The cost of joining is a donation of $12. What to Expect The yoga basics that Neely teaches in the sessions focuses on Hatha Yoga poses, emphasizing posture, alignment, relaxation and breathing. An eleven-year yoga practitioner who has completed a course in Anusara Immersion, Neely gently encourages and guides her students into the serene and meditative practice.
